Colourful

I went along to my lovely crop last night and managed another of Shimelle's challenges.  This one is the Colour Story Challenge and the prompt was to create a layout using red, white and aqua.  Now all my stash is so well organised...not! So I wasn't sure if I even had any red or aqua then I found an old crop kit from Gotta Craft lurking in my tote bag. The papers were from Lily Bee Seize the Day range and I thought "that'll ding, dang, do for me" :)

Now I didn't get home until gone 10pm, far too late to take a decent photo so I set my alarm extra early.  The resulting pictures look no better than if they were taken in the dark, at midnight, but they are red, white and aqua:
Now, although she loved the ride, Maddie doesn't look very happy in this picture:
And, funnily enough, when she turned 17 at the end of June she decided she didn't ever want to learn to drive!

At last it is Friday and I'm hoping the weekend will be great.  Paul is working this weekend but we're both keeping our fingers crossed that his coach trip to London tomorrow will keep him there for the day so I can go and see him, not seeing him for a month has been tough :(

Hope you have a fantastic day
Jo xx

lol! Our girl sat in the lego car until it was about to start and then jumped out and ran across the track at the very last minute
