Week Twenty Nine

Week twenty nine was another good one, here are the highlights:

Alfie managed to get hold of a pair of my trousers, he then spent the evening laying on his bed with them!

The boss treated us to Nandos for lunch :)

I spent a fair bit of time irritating Maddie in the office :)

I decided to get my cup collection down and give them all a good clean, it's a job I hate

But they all look so lovely when they're clean and hanging back up.  The woman I bought the place from also collected cups and had these hooks full of them, it's the thing that made me realise this was meant to be our home :)

I saw the cheeky Charlotte when I popped over to my mum's, she's hardcore because it was so cold!

We had some amazing sunsets :)

I took this last ever picture of the garden fence that I hate:

Before Paul the gardener and Little Roy ripped it out!

I also got my Paul laying a lovely new floor in my bathroom:

While they were all busy I took myself off to the hairdressers :)

And came back to my lovely new fence which makes my garden so much more private :)

And my lovely new flooring :)

We had a great night at bingo :)

And Paul even had a little win!

Sunday we went cake eating shopping :)

The dogs had a lazy fights, neither of them could be bothered to stand up :)

We enjoyed lunch in the garden :)

And then Paul put together my new swing seat :)

And put my lights up :)

I feel like I've got a whole new room in my house now that the garden is sorted :)

I had the day off work yesterday and I had hoped to spend it in my lovely garden, the weather had other ideas though!

Week Twenty Eight

Another lovely week is over, here are the highlights:

I had a little win at bingo :)

I had an unexpected lunch with a friend :)

Another migraine :(

The sun shone all week :)

I ate a fair amount of watermelon :)

And enjoyed an ice-cream in the office :)

A photo ordered arrived just in time for my crop :)

After work on Friday I cut the grass and then deep cleaned the bathroom!

I thought that earned me a lie down on the sofa but Alfie felt the need to jump on top of me!

We had lots of American treats at the crop for a belated 4th July celebration :)

Another little win at bingo :)

I went to Wimbledon to meet up with lots of old friends :)

Then had a well deserved cider :)

Before catching up on long overdue blog reading while watching 24 for the third time!

With a cheeky cream cake!

Five Favourites Finished

I can't believe I've had this saved in draft since the 26th June and just haven't had the time to post it, time sure is a flying!

Here are my five layouts from my favourite photos in May:

I love this picture of Pippy.  She hates having her photo taken so I had to sneak in to position on the breakfast bar, get my phone ready to snap and then call her name :)

If there's a hat to try on then Maddie has to try it!  They all seem to suit her though, she thought this one would be good for casual office attire :)

What can I say about this apart from my boy is so handsome! He takes a lovely outdoor photo almost every single time :)

A photo of me and Paul that I actually like, normally one of us will be mid blink or not smiling!

This one was from a fun night at the bingo where Paul won some prizes in the rock and roll bingo.  Normally if he has a win he has to share with someone, this time he scooped the whole lot all to himself (well there was wine and chocolates so he had to share those with me! :))

I've managed to get another 5 layouts in my album and finish up two partially used kits at the same time!

Week Twenty Seven

Week twenty seven was another great week, here are the highlights:

I had a little win at bingo :)

I had a visitor to the garden, Alfie wasn't happy!

I decided to spring clean my kitchen on the hottest day of the year after putting in a full day at the office!

Dirty pudding was left over birthday cake.

We had Pimms in the office to celebrate a record month!

Maddie actually dressed for the summer!

Saturday morning breakfast in the sunshine :)

Celebrating 4th of July at Sarah's party :)

Where her hubby Chris did a great job with the BBQ :)

And then we chatted round the fire pit :)

And we finally ended the weekend with jelly and evaporated milk, my favourite :)

This week is going to be a quite one so I can get on with much neglected jobs around the house!
