Week Twenty Four

I had an amazing time this week, here are the highlights;

Monday night bingo with the girls:

We had another desk shuffle at work!

I spent an unsuccessful hour trying on outfits for a wedding :(

Before a friend saved my bacon and lent me this :)

I spent time with Hells Bells on her birthday :)

And watched Alice catching bubbles :)

I lost 2.5 lbs and enjoyed dirty pudding :)

On Friday I got up at 05:20, drove over 100 miles, and met up with the lovely Nancy and Jackie :)

So that we could go to the wedding of the year!

Where, not only were there two beautiful brides, there was an ice-cream van :)

A photo booth :)

And an amazing cake!

There was an amazing dance routine, great singers, good music, sweets, popcorn.....the list goes on.  It was a really long day, with another 100 miles drive at midnight, but I could do it over and over again :)

I was so tired on Saturday I could only manage to pop in to my crop for a quick cuppa before going home to chill out!

I worked hard yesterday getting the company car clean :)

And then relaxed with a beer :)

This week is going to be super busy because I'm out every night!

Week Twenty Three

Another great week is over as we head towards the middle of the year!  Here are the highlights:

Monday was bingo night, no winnings but a fun night out with the girls.

I went to the cinema to watch San Andreas, I thought it was great.

Me and Maddie started Wednesday morning with a cheeky Starbucks :)

It was my brother's birthday and almost the whole family got together to celebrate.

My sister Jessica has started working with us :)

I had a nice dirty pudding.  The man in the shop warned me it had been reduced because it was going out of date the next day, I looked him straight in the eye and said "do I look like the type of woman who can't eat a whole cheesecake in a day" :D

Maddie finally agreed to watch my favourite ever film with me :)

I work in Epsom so the boss took us all out for pink champagne on Ladies Day :)

I had my hair chopped off.

Paul came up for the weekend and had a little win at bingo :)

A very rare McDonald's for breakfast!

I did a bit of sewing after getting the grass cut and before sitting in my neighbour's garden drinking wine :)

Alfie was a bit sad when Pippy went home :(

All in all it was another great week.

Five Favourites Finished

Here I am back to share the layouts I created using my five favourite photos from April.  I had a lot of fun scrapping these and managed to stash bust some old, some new and some downright ancient papers!

I met Steph 26 years ago when I started working at Keycamp Holidays.  OMG, the stories we could tell would curl your hair! :) She lives in Yorkshire now so I don't get to see her very often, when I do though we always have stomach aching laughs and giggles :)

I sent this picture of my brother's dog Max to him along with a ransom demand....he told me to keep the dog :)

My lovely nephew George thinking he's a gangster :)

My great niece Charlotte showing girls can be just as gangster as boys :)

And finally...my niece Hells Bells didn't want to pose, she just wanted to show me her BBQ rib :)

Week Twenty Two

Last week whizzed by, mainly due to be really busy at work!  Here are the highlights:

A good night at bingo but no winnings;

The fair came to town, although the Ferris wheel annoyed Maddie because she could see it turning in her eye line all day :)

Alfie enjoyed lots of time in the garden :)

And totally wore himself out :)

I got some more gorgeous fabric :)

And a few more :)

I decided it was time to tidy my messy craft cupboard!

And sorted out somewhere to store my fabric :)

My dad sent me a big kiss from heaven :)

I enjoyed dirty pudding but didn't have a weight loss :(

We had a downpour and flash flood!

Paul's sister, Frances, had a look at my Project Life album :)

We watched the car racing at the Big Wheels Festival!

And saw these beasts on the beach :)

Paul fell in love with this truck :)

And I found a row of cute Cath Kidston beach huts :)

And I finished the weekend by catching up with Project Life, all up to date now :)

And now it's Monday but it's also the first day of June, that means Maddie will be 21 in 30 days time!
