Week Thirty Seven

Week thirty seven was a really quiet one, here are the highlights:

The weather was gorgeous with lots of sun so lots of playtime in the garden for Alfie :)
I got caught up with pen pal letters while watching Jack Bauer :)
Witnessing our Queen becoming the longest serving monarch was amazing, I wonder when or even if that record will ever be beaten!
It was great to see blue skies :)
Dirty pudding was lovely :)
Alfie managed to find his birthday present a day early, doesn't he look proud of himself?!?
I had a night out with dinner at bingo, very rock and roll!
I tried a new Slimming World recipe, it was delicious :)
I thought I'd better get the grass cut because who knows how long the nice weather will last.
We celebrated Alfie's birthday with cake, we've had him 6 years now!
I went to a great show our local theatre, music from the 50s and 60s.
On Sunday I went to Painshill Park for the Memory Walk.
Eastenders very own Nasty Nick started us off!
The walk went up and down and up and down but the scenery was amazing!
I raised over £200 and would like to thank everyone who sponsored me.
The reward for finishing was lovely :)
And then after getting the car cleaned:
It was time to tend to my blisters...
And enjoy a glass or two of wine :)
This week is going to have some highs (meeting up with good friends) and some lows (having a tooth pulled out!) but I'm looking forward to all of it!

Thanks for stopping by
Jo xx
