Week thirty six was a good 'un, here are the highlights:
Monday was a Bank Holiday and, for once, the sun was shining!
Me and Paul had a lovely walk along the beach :)
Before enjoying a delicious lunch :)
Look how many moules this little piglet got through :)
On the way home I popped in to see my aunt, who had a gift for my mum, before going for a swim and then meeting the girls at bingo and handing over mum's gift :)
I had another good session at Zumba, I went in with a cluster headache and came out feeling much better!
I went for my Wednesday evening walk alone because my walking partner, Jo, was off enjoying her holiday.
So I popped in to see this mardy tart half way through my walk, she was very grumpy!
I lost 3.5lbs and was Slimmer of the Week for the second week running!
So dirty pudding tasted mighty fine :)
Alfie was over the moon that For The Love of Dogs was back on TV!
Ahhhhhh, Friday at last and work finished for the week :)
I had a lovely walk in the sunshine on Saturday, then the heavens opened and it was very wet for the rest of the day :(
Sunday was overcast but I still enjoyed a walk in the park with my buddies :)
It was hard to believe that conkers were already on the ground!
I donned my safety helmet and went out for a lovely ride on my bike
To watch my nephew Jack playing football.
And then I enjoyed the rest of the day relaxing and doing some crochet :)
This week will be a great one and I'm looking forward to my crop on Saturday, I haven't seen the girls for ages!
I hope the next seven days are kind to you, thanks for stopping by
Jo xx

Delighted to hear your good news about your achievements :). Hoping it's another great week for you.
I think you deserve a special award for actually turning up to zumba with a headache! The fact that you finished the class and felt better for it just blows me away. I need to try harder with my exercise regime lol
Good on you doing all that exercise! What a lovely [mostly] week weatherwise, too:) AND a short week. BONUS!!! I can't remember whether I said or not....but feel free to scrap lift any of my stuff at all, That's the great thing about scrapping - the ideas we get from each other! LOVED that sign your Mum got, too!!!!
Looks like a great week again, well done you on your weight loss!
This really has been the year of you getting out and about ... defiantly the year of Jo xxx
