Week Forty Three

Week forty three was very chilled out, here are the highlights.

A great swim after work on Monday cleared my cluster headache :)
Instead of my usual walk around the park in my lunch break I went to the gym.
I had a great session of Zumba in the evening too, Maddie doesn't look as glowing as me in this photo because she's lazy :)
I had to drop the Smart car off early for its service.
I had a great 4.5 mile walk after work, it's a shame it's dark so early now though :(
Another lunch time session in the gym.
I lost a pound this week and that was enough to get me this shiny sticker and certificate :)
I took the trousers I wore at my very first Slimming World meeting to show the rest of the group!
Alice wanted to show me her new Barney, we all love Barney in this family :)
I really enjoyed my dirty pudding :)
While Alfie enjoyed watching For the Love of Dogs :)
And then he just wanted lots of cuddles :)
I went for a lovely long walk over the golf course on Saturday morning.
And then played with Alfie in the garden.
Until it was time for bingo with the girls where I had a little win :)
I was back over a very misty golf course on Sunday morning
But the sun soon shone through :)
I then spent the afternoon working on secret Christmas stuff :)

Have a great week and thanks for stopping by
Jo xx

I know I keep saying it, but honestly Jo, you need to be in the slimming world magazine. You're such an inspiration xx

You must be sooo proud of you! I cannot believe you were that big to begin with - but WOW! Looking good now. Feeling for you with the days drawing in. And secret Chrissy business sounds interesting! It IS getting to that point in the year..... OH! And Alfie looks so cute watching the telly!!!

Yes! Slimming World should do a whole feature on you :) WE like Barney here too..what a blast from the past for me and he has given me a smile thinking about how often he used to feature in the conversation here.
