Week Forty Two

Week forty two saw me having the week off work and, boy, did it go quickly!  Here are the highlights:

I made some Slimming World friendly Weetabix muffins that were delicious!
My very last Studio Calico kit arrived, the delivery driver insisted it be signed for and I thought that was funny because, every month for the last 2 years, they've just dumped it on the doorstep!
I got to spend time with my amazing friend Allison :)
And I spent plenty of time with my niece Alice :)
I tried a new Slimming World recipe, this was quick fish stew and it was amazing!
I got bang up to date with Project Life!
And I showed my album to my friend Sarah :)
I had cinema night with my girl :)
The cinema was empty but the film, The Walk, was brilliant :)
My mum's neighbour, Dee, enjoyed looking through my Project Life album :)
I had a hair cut :)
And a night at bingo with Sarah.
I spent a whole day crafting with Sandra:
And of course I spent plenty of time playing with The Bears :)
We had our Christmas party at Slimming World :)
I tried another new Slimming World recipe. Creamy prawn and mushroom pasty was quick, easy and delicious :)
Dirty pudding :)
Alice the nutter, she makes me laugh so much :)
After much complaining and shouting on my part the scaffolding came down!
I spent a lovely weekend with Paul :)
Who is so pleased with his new hi vis waterproofs!
After completing our 10,000 steps before lunchtime we allowed ourselves this treat :)
Pippy was pretty as usual :)
And I had a lovely afternoon crocheting and watching TV.
Before my forth new Slimming World recipe of the week, Apple Betty :)
Alfie was very pleased to see me home on Sunday though :)
Back to work today but feeling very refreshed and looking forward to the week ahead.

Have a great week and thanks for stopping by

Week Forty One

Well what a week that was!  Here are the highlights:

On Monday I went to the theatre with my mum to see Pam Ayres, I have always loved Pam and she was amazing live!
Afterwards I tweeted about how good it had been and Pam herself replied!
Maddie loves hats and she was very excited to find this spider hat :)
Alfie loved spending time in the garden enjoying the sunshine we've been having :)
I had some really happy mail :)
Alfie found it hard to get out of bed in the mornings, lazy boy!
I got home from work on Thursday to find this had been erected, I had no idea why and my garden was left a muddy mess! I now know why it's there and can't wait for it to be gone!
Later on Thursday someone drove into the back on my car, I had no battery on my phone, more's the pity because the driver who hit me was either ill or drunk :( Luckily the accident wasn't too bad.

I was very naughty after slimming and had this for dinner, this is a SMALL cod!!!
Dirty pudding :)
Alfie enjoyed watching For The Love of Dogs.  If there are dogs barking on the TV he doesn't react at all but as soon as they cry or make noises of distress he gets concerned, bless him :)
On Friday my sister Jess didn't stop fist bumping at work so I had to do this fist bump to celebrate the start of my week off work :)
I also had this to celebrate my week off :)
Saturday was crop day and I managed to get a lot of Project Life done :)
I had lots of cuddles with my girl :)
Did my menu planning so I have a good weight loss on Thursday.
And I finished the weekend with wine, sock knitting and Downton Abbey :)
Today I'm going to the funeral of the person I sat next to on my very first day at school :(

Here's hoping the rest of the week is good.

Me and my boy :)
Me and the lovely Sandra :)
My funny, silly, handsome baby :)
I really am looking forward to getting these in my album.

Five Favourites Finished!

At last I've got my five favourite photos scrapped!  I've had a bit of a cold over the last couple of weeks so I've preferred to spend my time crocheting blankets and snuggling!

I really raided my stash for these layouts, some companies are not around anymore and some of the stickers I used must be nearly 15 years old!

Not Hot Hot - Paul's first visit to Nandos and he was worried it would be too hot for him :)
This one is my favourite photos of the summer and one of my favourite layouts to date, very old October Afternoon papers were used....and that ancient sticker!
I must have hundreds of photos of these two cuddling but I never tire of scrapping them :)
A very floral layout for my day learning all about bees and some perfect stamps!
And finally one of my favourite papers from Sassafras for probably my favourite ever photo of me and Paul :)
Now it's time to sort my five favourite photos from September and get them in the album....watch this space!
